Our Process

process-1Pre Construction Process
As a trusted home builder, committed to impeccable quality & excellence in the home building business for more than 30 years, Philomeno & Salamone have developed and refined the industry’s first multi-step Process to ensure that owners like you are involved at every critical stage of construction. We call it our Six-Step Custom Care Process. It’s a chance for you to see the quality materials and disciplined approach to construction that forms the foundation of your new home. It’s also a chance for you to enjoy the rare and thrilling experience of watching what was once just a design or dream, take shape and become your new home.

Step 1: Pre-Construction Meeting - Before construction begins, home buyers are guided through the entire building process by the Sales Representative. Home buyers, then meet with our interior designer/selection coordinator to move through the all-important selection process. Our Designer works hand-in-hand with you to tailor the home to your unique lifestyle and budget.

Step 2: Pre-Drywall Frame Walk - Prior to drywall installation, a Philomeno & Salamone construction professional gives you a guided tour, allowing you to inspect the inner workings of your home, view its quality components, verify optional features you have selected, and ask questions.

Step 3: Quality Assurance Inspection - Before your final walk-through, Philomeno & Salamone conduct its own quality control check to ensure everything is in proper working order and up to quality standards. Any needed repairs or touch-ups are made and the home is thoroughly cleaned in preparation for the Pre-Settlement Walk-Thru.

Step 4: Pre-Closing Orientation - When your home is finished, Philomeno & Salamone Site Managers will take you on a room-by-room tour to demonstrate the quality features and operating procedures for all aspects of your home, as well as explain our service procedures.

Step 5: Three Month Follow-Up Visit - To reinforce Philomeno & Salamone’s commitment to customer satisfaction, we schedule a service check approximately three months after closing. This is initiated by the homeowner sending via certified mail, a list of items that need attention.

Step 6: 11-Month Follow-Up Visit - Eleven months after closing, we reiterate our commitment to satisfaction by again taking the time to handle any required warranty work, discuss issues, or answer any questions that you may have.
