Where to begin? Let us start with a huge “THANK YOU.” We love our new home!! Equally as important, we loved working with all of you. What could have been a year filled with headaches and problems, turned out to be a fun and wonderful experience.
Our first impressions, during our meeting with Carmen, turned out to be right on target. Each and every one of you are as honest as the day is long, with a great amount of integrity. As a group, you are a class act.
George Snear could never be replaced. He made our daily visits (3 - 4 times per day, for me!!) a joy. We really can’t thank him enough for constantly going “beyond the call of duty” for Philomeno & Salamone, and for us.
Carmen and Ralph (alias Butch; will I ever graduate to the level to call you Butch?) a million thanks. You own and run a top notch, first class organization. You provided us with a home with impeccable quality. You represent the best there is in your profession.

I’ve now been in my home nearly 2 1/2 months and I can’t tell you how pleased I am! The craftsmanship is superb and has been the envy of my friends in the construction trade. There have been no significant problems and the minor items that have occurred, were addressed promptly by your staff. When I awake in the morning and come home in the evening, I feel fortunate to live in such a beautiful home and neighborhood.
My thanks to the entire Philomeno & Salamone staff, in particular George Snear and you, for making the overall home construction experience such a positive one for me. George’s attention to detail, professionalism and responsiveness was superb, and your integrity, honesty, care and concern for my happiness and the quality of the product you were constructing was truly appreciated.
Recently, a client of mine, who is a Main Line residential real estate appraiser, visited and was awe struck by what he saw. He thanked me for allowing him to visit and witnessed first hand the quality of a Philomeno & Salamone home, of whom he had heard so much. I think that says it all!

Just a personal note to offer my thanks and grateful appreciation for the help your company has given to our Township at Stony Creek Sports Park. The work Philomeno & Salamone performed on the parking lot and some of our grading issues provides our residents with a much improved facility.

Dear Ralph and Carmen:
It is time to communicate - once again - my thanks and appreciation for the ongoing work of Philomeno & Salamone. Directly to the point of this inspiration: The trees that are being planted along the border that separates Foxcroft from Blue Bell Country Club are lovely! Since February - nine months now - my husband and I have been “experiencing the seasons” in our new space. Now that it’s autumn, my favorite, I am absolutely humbled by the reality that right along with the mess that new construction brings, Mother Nature continues her art of transformation, and your crew is assisting by your commitment to enhancing the communities that bear your name.
All to say, from my roots on a dairy farm in upstate NY where my dad’s fences were the straightest in the valley, and from where I used to “sing my heart out” looking into that valley from the apple orchard planted by my father and his non-English speaking immigrant French father, I feel as though I have returned HOME! The “loft” in our model here is, in my way of seeing, “the apple orchard!” What a wonderful view!
THANK YOU for EVERYTHING you do to make our places of dwelling beautiful! Thank you for exchanging our entry hall light for what is now standard. I LOVE IT, and I must thank Jocelyn for having expedited the change! Thank you for the work being done on our Hidden Lair Drive, and may the vision that inspired you both to fulfill your dreams back in 1973 continue to inspire every corner of your ever-increasing business. Your dreams have certainly helped me fulfill my own in this place I have named “Channinuh” place of joyous blessing!

When I first walked into the sample at Foxcroft my immediate reaction was WOW….I could live here happily till I died.
Well, 3 years after settlement & with some stress over a few problems which have arisen, I must say how proud I am to say I know you. After hearing horror stories from others who have also purchased custom homes from other builders, it is truly unusual to have their builder care as you & your staff do over the integrity & quality which the name implys. This tradition of 100% customer satisfaction which was started by your dad Carmen & his partner Ralph, well they would be proud that you & staff are indeed carrying on that tradition.
Google mensch & that should suffice as to how I feel about you, your staff & P & S.
Quality & integrity which is so sorely lacking in society now, well it makes me happy to know that it still exists with P&S
